Welcome to Loup Creek Art.  We are pleased to announce our inaugural artist representation of renowned West Virginia artist Billy Foster.  We are presently acquiring as many of the late artist's original works with the intention to produce a retrospective book.  Anyone who owns artwork by Billy Foster or knows anyone who does should contact us at our Email address for consideration of being published.
